• A $250 deposit is required at the time a reservation is made.
  • Refunds will only be given in the event of a weather caused cancellation.
  • The FAA requires a minimum of 1000 feet vertical clearance, and 1 mile of visibility.
  • All FAA permanent and temporary No Fly Zones must be respected, no exceptions. These areas include but are not limited to the Bush and Hobby Airport areas, and Reliant Stadium begining 14 days prior to the Superbowl.
